How to make doors clickable

im using the jvs door system mod and the latest trap brick mod now im trying to make the door clickable so instead i dont just walk near it and the door opens automatically. But when ever i use the wrench even system and i make it so the door is clickable the door keeps disapering so can anyone help me.

JVS doors use a phys zone that is 'magically' placed in f11 by a script , so just wait to see if trader can make something like that.
