Thats a bad move.  I have been kicked many times due to incorrectly spelling a pass, or thinking I keep misspelling when the host changed the pass without me knowing.

Yeah, it's possible but not a good idea, for the reasons above. If someone keeps reconnecting after getting kicked from guessing the admin password, why couldn't you ban them manually?

Instead, why not have the kicked person's ID displayed so admins can deal with them accordingly.
