Hello my iteam icon looks dark i use photo shop and i tried brighting it and nothing happening it kinda looks a little red to how do you people brighten it up?

Go to Layer>New Adjustment Layer and select brightness/contrast

Or take the picture on a well-lit map like Construct instead of one like Bedroom Dark, Kitchen Dark or Destruct.
