Well , how would I create a gui control at runtime , like in the add-on selecting window , it creates a checkbox for every add-on.

Can someone post an example of how to do this?

Try looking at the Wrench Events GUI code. It creates a new list box, text box and labels for each event you add. When you select one from the list, it opens a new GUI which creates 0-5 controls based on settings in the file.
