What's with all the Bod Bam free builds?

lately, I've been checking up on the game to look for v9, and I've noticed on how almost every server is free build. and from my experience, free builds tend to be really boring, and they're on mostly every server.

so, what's with all the bod bam free builds?

i think the bulk of servers should be free build, not every server has to be some death match or mini game.
free builds have some laid back social time i enjoy.
