i need hosting and add ons help

Hi ok first after i download an add on i cant find the folder i download it in and it is stupid because when i search for it in my folders it doesnt show up. ok now to the hosting help. A couple questions:How do i change the server name?How do i make teams?How do i change the greeting?And how do i make a announcement?yep so thats it and please dont call me a noob.

First off, I wouldnt bother saving your add-ons, just open them and extract them to your Blockland directory. Making teams can be done with Space Guy's Team Deathmatch mod, found here. Changing server name and welcome message can be done by knowing how to use the console to change global variables or with IGSO, found here. If I remember correctly(I don't have Blockland on this computer), announcements are done by saying /announce [message].
