lag problem with bedroom map

When ever i join/host on bedroom it lags when i looks tword's the window but doesn't lag when i look twords the door is there a fix to this or a reason why it's happening?

I was thinking of a virus but that wouldn't just mess up one map. Now do a Virus Scan i guess.
