you are apparently doing it wrong or using a bad key

From your main blockland folder, delete the Key.DAT file, from there start blockland like normaly, re-enter the pin, and enjoy. Thats usualy the problem, if it keeps doing it, then ur doing something like playing blockland off a flash drive or something.
