So there is a turret and a driver seat. What is the spot on the left side of the tank where someone was sitting in?

Passenger seat. A passenger may carry any weapon as I understand (Same with the driver).
Just like in the jeep vehicle.

I'm pretty sure its coming with Beta saves. Also I think its suppose to come out this week
