Add-On installing problem with V9

I installed V9 yesterday, and its AWESOME, anyway i downloaded some ported add-ons and i checked how to install them on V9 but I don't get what it means by saving it to your blockland folder. I looked in it and saw a heep of .zip files, so I compressed each add-on to a .zip file, e.g compress vehicle_scooter into a .zip, and put it in the blockland folder, but they're not in the add-on list, can someone tell me CLEARLY how to install add-ons.

A V9 Add-on is a zip file. Stick in in your Add-ons folder, nothing else.

There should be a tutorial. I looked and could not find it.

Do not attempt to port add-ons if you cannot figure it out yourself.  Leave it to the experts.
