Well, one day i didnt go on blockland at all k?, well then i went on downloaded V9 but then i was like WTF where's my places, add-ons, etc. So i tryed to download stuff Bots mod first done it extracted to blockland directory followed the rules (B4 v9 i had it) But i didnt work i was like weird, so i tryed to download the old decals i had and that would not download either. So i think v9 is Not good 100000

If you chose to back up all your old Addons they wont work in V9 becuase there not Ported for V9.

Hey, dumbass. There's a new format for everything. Apparently, you're too loving stupid to search, or even read the loving stickies. V8 Mods DO NOT WORK ANYMORE.

@OP:
It's supposed to be like this, you, or someone else have to repackage the decals/add-ons yourself for them to work. This new system was done to reduce wrong installed Add-Ons.
