Blockland crashes

Well, my blockland keeps crashing when I'm trying to play it. This isn't the only game that does this while in game play. I've told my dad about it and he thinks I need to update my graphics card, but there's a problem: I can't find what graphics card name is or where to find an update.

Anyone out there can help me? I have an ATI.

You need a model number, they have many, many different Radeon series AGP cards.

Idk model number, just has that. Model is X800 Pro. I think I got it :D
