You gave stuff to a guy in jail? He is in jail for a reason. No refunds. If someone does something you don't like, you don't get anything back. Sorry, thats how this game works. Clothes aren't expensive anyway, and all you needed to do was give him a shirt and pants to him which costs around 100 if you buy the cheap stuff.
