Author Topic: Can't Install Mission Editor (Im on a vista -.-)  (Read 2409 times)

K, so here's the problem. I did exactly what blocker said to do and it didn't work, so I tried again, didn't work again. I have winrar but I don't think that has anything to do with it.... Can someone help me..?

same problem, looking for help to. Ill tell you if someone helps me.

The editor comes with V9. Just copy your blockland shortcut and right click on it. Go to properties and add -modeditor to the end of the target text box.

I just said in the first post I did exactly that, Reactor worker.
Any other ideas :\

Well your forgeted then because that is the only way to do it. There is no reason why it should not work other than user error. I am on Vista and I have had no trouble using the mission editor.

Right click the Blockland folder, click Open Command Widnow Here, and then type start blockland.exe -mod editor. Your screen should look exactly like it does in the image below (the directory may be different depending on where you installed Blockland). Press enter.

Thanks wedge. your the first person to say we had to do that. BUT i cant do that. the option doesn't appear when i right click. I tried opening command window  from my start menu and typing in that adress but it says not valid command or something -.-

type cd C:\Program Files\Blockland first.

dont worry, you wont need it
