How to get sim farm to work on vista

I have tried to run in compatibility mode xp sp2 and run it as administrator, but for some reason I can't get the game to work. It always says that it isn't combatible. Is there any way to get the game to work? Also, I am using vista 64bit version

It's a DOS game. Use DOSBox, dipstuff.
