Evil Tool Bar

My Start/Tool bar thing is smushed on the right side of the screen and i cant find out why D: Some one help please

How do i Un-Drag it?

Drag it back?
If it's locked you have to right click it and un-check "lock the taskbar"

Yes, right click on it and make sure "Lock the taskbar" is not ticked, and then with one swift motion, click on it and drag it back to the bottom.

Right click on the taskbar, select 'unlock taskbar' if it is not already unlocked, then drag an empty part of the taskbar back to the bottom of the screen...????...Profit!
