events crashing servers

one thing i do notl ike about events comeing with v9 is that newbs will mess with thim and most of the time they crash your server so is thare a way to make it so admins can make events but non admins cant or some thing to make events not be so crashy

1: You're computer is lower-end then mine.
2: Alt+F4 is not specific to Blockland, it closes the top window. It's a default windows command.
3: Events COULD crash if you downloaded stuff ones that are glitchy and screw stuff up, but it's your own fault for downloading them.
