Mini Vehicles?

In BL, you can change the scale of the player to be really big or small and I know how to do that.  Is there anyway the scale of vehicles can be changed?  Then you can have mini, or giant, vehicles driving around and it would be pretty cool.  If this is possible already, can someone tell me how.

Awhile it was cool, it would lag out the server when n00bs did it too muck and you have 50 time bigger jeeps everywhere.
