How do i zip a folder (Vista)

Hey i got a code for a sniper and  bullet their both in a folder but i need to zip it please help me

1. Right-click on Desktop.
2. Go to New, Compressed (Zipped) Folder.
3. Click on it and name it.
4. Copy/Cut and then Paste your addon files to it.

Or, you could select all files, right click>Send to...>Compressed (Zipped) Folder, then rename it.

ok i went to theadd-ons folder and their are some weapons my game put in from ither servers and i copied every thing from the folders and put them in a ziped folder i put that in my add-ons folder they dont show up.
