More Download Troubles

Still trying to patch BF2.  This time, I got it to 334mb then Firefox couldn't find the part file to it, even though it was just sitting on my desktop under the patch installer.  Any help/ideas?

I lost my Disk 3 D:

Don't know how I lost the disk. I got the expansion pack, includes SF. So, I had like 5 disks.
