Server Conections Fail

Everytime i start a server when in "Phase 3:Mission lighting"
right  "initial control object" the server drops connection.
When i get to the main menu a thing pops up and says "timed out".

Means either your internet has crapped out or your computer can't handle starting a server.

Sometimes that happens for me when I join a server in 'Bedroom'.
