Anyway, get an image you want (less than 75x75 Pixels).
Go to your profile.
Click 'Forum Profile Information'.
Tick the circle by 'I will upload my own picture'.
Click 'Choose File'.
Locate your file, select it then press 'Open'.
Scroll down to the bottom of that page and select 'Change profile'.
????
Profit.
