can someone help me my thing wont work it says it all on my question

Why is there "help me" and "help" and why isn't there "No i will not help you.

Oh and ya have some mistakes in the poll.

my blockland authentation key will work but when i dry to join a server it logs me out saying Blockland Could Not Idetnify your Blockland ID i already removed Blockland from my other laptops  and it still wont work someone help me!!

And There are some mistakes words they are.

Idetnify its Identify. And i think Authentation i think its Authentication.

And i cant help you.
