How do I run a dedicated?

Okay, most of you will just say "OMG stoopid n00b, just run dedicated.bat!" Okay.  Thats what I did, but it comes up with an error saying "Blockland.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience."  Then there is 2 buttons that say "Send Error Report" and "Dont send".  I have windos XP.  Im running dedicated.bat as a DOS prompt.  Please help...

same with me but i have VIsta(sux for a kid)
push dont send they wont do anything but why doesnt it work

u cant have cashmod
open the dedicated.bat
if a thing comes up telling u to connect to rtb do what it says
open bl when ur done wtih that
go to query lan
and click on ur room
if u dont get invalid packet imma get mad cuz i do
