How would I upload a video to youtube?

I tried uploading a video, but it didn't show up anywhere.

3. Wait about 15 minutes to an hour. Sometimes it takes a while.
4. Make sure the video FULLY uploads during the upload process, and meets the requirements of YouTube (Less than 100MB, less than 10 mins I think).
