You need to upload the image you want to upload to either Imageshack.us or Photobucket.com (Requires registration, but is free to sign up), then upload your image on what ever site you're using, then copy the image URL, then paste the image URL into image tags

how do you upload with photo bucket? I have registered already and have uploaded
the photos to photo bucket now how do you upload them to the thread?

Just copy and past the Img code under the image in your album.
