Port Fowarding=Dead Ping...

I've done all of the port forwarding mumbo jumbo and all I come up with is a dead ping...
I've even tried turning off my virus protection... I serioulsy need help ASAP


Any possible causes or solutions are greatly appriciated! Again would want ASAP...

Is that on your computer or on your router/external firewall, because some routers have inbuilt and you can also get just basic external ones which plug into network.

Also try a "Save + Restart" setting on your router.

Feel free to correct me if I am wrong, but can't NAT also effect it?

Most common cause of a failiure to Port forward is putting in the wrong device IP, firewalls, and bad router/not realizing it is a modem.
