Im Missing Items I Downloaded

OK, when I play Blockland and join a game and download items to get in. But when I went to use them in my own games I can not find them in Blockland, but can see them in my Add-Ons folder.
Please Help Me

Uh it doesnt work this way they went on here (in add-ons) and got the mods NOT by downloading it off others

when you join a game its just giving you just the files you need not the whole thing.
