Zombie Reset!!Plz halp

i recently got the zombie "left 4 dead" mod and i tried it out by starting a minigame IN SINGLE PLAYER. i wanted to see if it did that thing where after you die your player just sits there with an exclaimation point over their heads. so just when the zombies about to kill me,my screen goes black, and then goes right back to my desktop page like blockland never happened

IS THIS JUST BECAUSE I WAS IN SINGLE PLAYER OR DO I HAVE A REAL PROBLEM?

The current zombie mod is just a quick port from the old version with some added features. There are bugs that have not been fixed yet. It also could be having a problem with another addon you may have.

Disable the downed feature when in the minigame, it's bugged.  It may also be your computer, I have done this many times and my computer is fine.  It may also have been an unlucky crash which does happen.

Ok, so you set the ZM (zombie mod) options without player downed, right? but I've never heard this problem before....

i dont really know what the downed player thing is so an explanaition would be great
