How do I get New Jobs&commands for my City RP.  I've seen ^pardon (official&admins)  and ^forcejail
^kill and all sorts of new stuff.  Is this just made by scripters, and not available for Download?  Or is there somewhere I can download, if so please give me the link, thx.

Also, How Do I make a Mini game in City RP? It won't let me... I want to make my automatic mini that starts you out with certain items and stuff.
