where do you put downloaded saves?

just like the title says where do i put the saves that you download and i know that this might be a realy nooby topic but just tell me where to put the file instead of saying "you fail please die" or anything like that

ok thanks i was searching through the base folder before and then i found it deep in my blockland folder i have lots of non blockland stuff in my blockland folder
