Almost nothing on that map is correct.

• There are no spawn points where you say except for Tavern.
• You don't have port Town as a spawn point.
• You're pointing the wrong way to Starboard Town.
• Woods and Dungeon 1 are in the wrong spot.
• Port Town has very high monster danger, people drag them in and Sea Monsters
• Monsters spawn everywhere outside safe zones, not just those yellow circles.
