The CityRpPrefs is what u mess with to add more jobs and stuff not the server.cs in the zip file

What is it with everyone and crappy CityRP job edits? Sure, I'm aware that Jookia's made it difficult for everyone with his gay-ass way of coding, but still, there's no excuse for not trying to modify more key elements of the damn script.
