Ip problem.... =(!!!!!!!

Can someone please help... i have 1 modem and 3 computers... My modem is Linksys WRT54GS
The problem I am having is that when I port forwarded it works and all but each of my computers have different ip like 1 has 192.168.1.101 and another has 192.168.1.45
how can i fix this problem?

yea i know its supposed to do that but when 2 people play at the same time it says someone from a different ip adress signed in..... and then it kicks me off blockland...
