I use paint.net, I can't work with vector stuff, sorry.

put it in dds, bmp, gif, jpeg, png, tiff, or tga.

Here's the Icon so far. the problem is the folder isn't as big as the rest (Don't believe I can fix that), and it looks really bad at any size bigger then 75x75.
