Free Website Maker W/Customizability

I really need a free website maker, with customizability like Piczo. Something that doesn't follow a stuffty layout, like Freewebs. I tried to get Sithous, but Skylord hasn't replied to me.

I don't really need a free domain name, but I do need unlimited customization. Something like Piczo, where it has no layout and you put anything wherever you want.
