Well, I downloaded a .divx file I liked, and I wanted to burn it to a DVD to watch in a DVD player/Xbox...
Well, the headache started when I tried burning it with DivX, it simply wrote it to the disc, nothing more. This pissed me off, so I went back to burn it in Nero. Well, Nero doesn't burn .divx videos. So I look for a converter, to convert .divx to .avi. Yeah, well there are no free ones, all of them have some BULLstuff restriction on them, and I'm not buying them so I can burn a disc and then uninstall it. So now I'm exploding on the inside trying to do this, and I found instructions, but by this time I'm loving raging. I took out the disc and threw it across the room, alt+f4'd out of everything and calmed down a little before posting this. Help appreciated. forget.
