How on earth do I create fancy centerprints like this one in my cityRP?

i know how to create the ontouch centerprint, but they always turn out with a small text and red, how do i make it larger text, and diff colors?

<color:RRGGBB>, red/green/blue HEX code (Examples, but don't include the # on the codes)

<font:Font Name:Size>, Palatino Linotype:24 is default chat size (if you haven't edited it in Options), on your screenshot font Impact in various sizes has been used
