I can't get the wrench to spawn an item/vehicle

Every time i want to get a gun or car i:

hit the brick with the wrench,
select the item/vehicle
press send>>
then .....nothing.....

Need help!

Start a Game>Advanced Config. Then make sure the values aren't 9999999999999999999999999. They should be no more than 9999999999.
