Simple:
Just turn it off!
Profile > Look and Layout Preferences > "Don't warn on new replies made while posting."

If I see anyone post with "One or more replies has been posted..." I'ma eat their face.

I don't mind if people post it to show that they were replying to something earlier on, but just spamming it COUGH WARREN COUGH is stupid.
