Too easy. Why not we just logic him to death. You derail, I logic, Mr Cookie rages. The problem lies not in the tread, but in the OP of it. Really, he looks like he would not stop at making clans till he is banned or driven out. The latter of the two would be easier sense he can not get his brain to comprehend doing anything out of the Clan discussion.

Again, no. We do not need to have a bunch of people spam him to death. That will just result in another damned clan. We need to get him to leave the Clan discuss and come to drama so we can have him in a more supervised area. Spam and rage do not help a clan. The way I done it was to convince them to either leave or stop making clans. That is the only real way to rid this problem.
