So I am 13 and I am really into Blockland but I have no experience with any of that computer design stuff to make add ons. I just really want to know how hard it is to make add ons.

Not for mac, I use a mac and I am forced to use blender

It's harder than milkshape but there is a ton of documentation about it online.
