Invalid Packet : 1 error in own dedicated server

when i start up my own dedicated server, and join it, while i am loading the datablocks the server kicks me out and a window pops up saying Invalid packet :1

the first time i joined my server, it worked just fine, but then i set it up with RTB and reset the server because i needed to disable junky addons.. when i was kicked out the console said:

Error, unable to load sound profile for explosion datablock
Connection error: Invalid packet: 1.
Issuing disconnect packet.
sorry i cant post the full console.log because the dedicated server is using it and not the part i am using to play

sorry for third post but also a few times before the datablock sound code there will be
ExplosionData::onAdd: Invalid packet, bad datablockID(particle emitter): 0x4e1

after i close server all my addons are selected
