Add-Ons Not Working Online

For some reason my add-ons do not work on the online mode. They work perfectly on the offline mode though. Do you think I should just reinstall?

Starting a game. When I start my own server this happens. Never had any problems before. Even other people can't spawn add-ons. They are in the wrench list, but when you hit "ok" they don't appear :/

Probably a bad add-on. Anyone know if any stop people from spawning items?
