Well first find out what graphics card you have then... well go to blockland.us and look all the way at the bottom and click "Video card driver updating" or something like that and follow the tutorial from there.

I got this problem once, was something to do with the latest ATI drivers not being compatable with OpenGL.
So, yeah.. It's a problem with your graphics drivers, update them or downgrade them.

You should never downgrade Graphic drivers, wait a week or 2 and they normally fix problems.

It is not the loving graphics card.

This used to happen randomly, in slate, at the +BC+ server, using the CityRP mod. This occasionally happens to me, fixable by a re-run.
