Well:

1. Wrong section. You tried, but missed.
2. You shouldn't have made this in the first place.
3. Did you try to search for more topics like these? There's quite a few.
4. TDM cannot be found on the forums anymore.

It wasn't failed. I think it was in the Miscelanious section. (I can't spell that...)

The fail bin is hidden so handicaps like you won't go and download failed addons.
