Return to Blockland IRC error

When i hit the IRC button, it says connecting. but never connects. I just recently made a new network. I also re-installed RTB. Can anyone tell me what might be going on?

Also, my firewall is on max protection, and how would editing my connection mess it up, i am on the internet posting.
