I don't think it would matter. You got banned from killing him when he wasn't, it just saves admins on his server time, and there is one less rule to worry about.

Also, though I have never been to the builder spawn area, I have seen some of the stuff they attacked me with; HE grenades, rocket launchers, and that shotgun you mentioned.
You could make a no-fight playertype that cannot damage or take damage.
I was thought of making it into a non-combatant playertype, but by the time that crossed my mind, I had already posted the link to the last one.
