Server Ping Dead- help

dont tell me to go there or to the port forwarding guide, i tried it boths way they explained it but no matter what i do my server is always dead...

You either using the wrong last digits of the IP, you need better internet, or you computer's firewall is blocking it.

i know i dont need a better internet connection thing and i know my firewall isnt blocking it. But i have no idea how to get the RIGHT ip.

im pretty sure its IPv4
btw did u do whatever with the internet protocol or whatever with the Ip, subnet mask, default gateway, and DNS adresses
