Yes and no. Yes, you can get an exporter to OBJ, which you then import into Blender, and then export using a downloaded DTS exporter. That's glitchy, so if you REALLY want to do stuff in SketchUp, you would have to buy Pro, which is extremely expensive, but has a good OBJ exporter built in.
No, not without a lot of trouble.  :O
